Agreement to Terms
By using Mail Maid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
What Mail Maid Does
Mail Maid is a service that helps you:
- Scan your Gmail inbox for subscription emails
- Unsubscribe from unwanted email lists
- Optionally delete existing emails from those senders
Payment
Mail Maid is a paid service requiring a one-time payment of $7 USD.
- One-time payment: You pay once and can use the service for the current session
- Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds: Due to the instant nature of the service (once executed, emails are unsubscribed/deleted), we do not offer refunds after the service has been used. If you experience technical issues before using the service, contact mailmaid2026@gmail.com
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our service
- Use Mail Maid only for your own personal Gmail account
- Not use Mail Maid for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Review the list of subscriptions before unsubscribing to ensure you don't unsubscribe from important emails
Gmail Access
To use Mail Maid, you must grant us access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We only use this access as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service Limitations
Mail Maid is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees that:
- All subscription emails will be detected (some senders may not include proper unsubscribe headers)
- All unsubscribe requests will be successful (some unsubscribe links may be broken or expired)
- You will never receive emails from a sender again after unsubscribing (senders control whether they honor unsubscribe requests)
- The service will be available 100% of the time without interruption
Limitation of Liability
Mail Maid and its operators are not liable for:
- Emails that are unsubscribed or deleted unintentionally by you
- Loss of access to newsletters or services you may have wanted to keep
- Any damages resulting from use of our service
- Gmail API errors, outages, or rate limiting
- Any third-party services (Google, Stripe, email senders) and their actions
Use Mail Maid at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing the subscription list before proceeding with unsubscribe or delete actions.
Data Deletion
When you choose to delete emails from senders:
- Emails are moved to Gmail's Trash folder
- They remain in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion (Gmail's policy)
- You can restore emails from Trash within that 30-day period
- We are not responsible for emails deleted by your action
Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Mail Maid at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using Mail Maid at any time by revoking Gmail access through your Google Account settings.
